🚀 The 4R Method — Updated Curriculum Guide

What Changed — and What It Means for You

The strategies that got our clients hired haven't changed. We just found ways to teach them more clearly, give you better tools to execute them, and remove every barrier between where you are and where you're going.

If you've already been through training, most of that still applies. This guide shows you what's new, what's been improved, and the handful of lessons worth re-watching because the new versions are that much better.

Why We Upgraded

After working with hundreds of clients through the original training, we identified exactly where people slowed down, which lessons needed more depth, and where the gaps were between "I understand this" and "I'm actually doing this."

Our goal was simple: kill every barrier to results.

We added live screen-share demos so you can watch us do the thing before you do it yourself. We built new tools — a pipeline tracker, a weekly scorecard, a streak system — that make execution visible instead of invisible. We added lessons in the exact places where we saw people slow down: handling responses, following up, dealing with ghosting, navigating phone screens, managing multiple offers.

And we reorganized everything into a 4-Level progression that matches how your search actually moves: build your positioning → run the outreach machine → convert interviews into offers → succeed in the role. Modules are now Levels. Same journey, clearer path.
